Each dry mix package makes approximately 5 cups of Gourmet Ice Cream or Mousse!
Preparation time is less than 5 minutes!
All you need is:
Dump all ingredients into a deep bowl.
With a regular electric hand mixer start on slow to wet all the ingredients, then gradually increase to high speed.
Whip for approximately 3½ minutes till full volume. (don’t over whip)
For Mousse it’s now ready to eat, or for Ice Cream put into container/s and freeze.
- 1 package of Dutch Monarch Gourmet Ice Cream Mix
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups of heavy cream (500 ml)
Customize your own flavour by folding in fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, or other personal favourites to the Ice Cream Mix before freezing!
